Artest to perform at next year's Laker Parade

So much off-season drama already in the NBA, and as the old saying goes, "As soon as one door closes, another one opens." As fan-favorite and newest hometown hero Trevor Ariza dismisses any chances of re-signing with the championship Lakers, he turns to venture on his quest for more fortune in a business-first based league. In search of a 9million dollar salary, he learns to find out to be settled with a 6 million dollar contract. Guess what? About the same amount the Lakers offered him. But because basketball is still a business, and the influence of agents, Trevor Ariza won't be seeing another championship for the next 5 years. While Ron Artest gets to bask under the L.A. sun and perform some of his album shit at next year's parade.
